Umpiry (“Umpiry”, “we”, “us” or “the Service”) is a tennis data and statistical analysis platform that provides live scores, results, schedules and analytical context for professional tennis. You can contact us at contact@umpiry.com.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The site is not directed at children.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial information. Our analytical signals and any composite score are a data-driven way to understand the context around a match. They are not predictions of any outcome, carry no guarantee, and do not constitute betting, gambling, investment or financial advice. Umpiry does not offer, facilitate or promote betting or wagering of any kind. Any decision you make — including any betting decision — is made solely at your own discretion and risk.

Intellectual property

The Umpiry name, logo, site design, original text and the compilation and presentation of the data are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our permission. Player names, tournament names and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Third-party links and affiliate links

The site may link to third-party websites and resources. Some outbound links are affiliate links, which means that if you click through and register or transact with the third party, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the data or analysis we present. We do not control third-party sites, we are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and once you leave Umpiry their own terms and policies apply. Umpiry itself does not offer, facilitate or promote betting or wagering.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content — including any inaccuracy in the data or any decision made on the basis of it.
