“It wasn't planned at all. We only agreed with Tomasz on Monday that we wanted to play doubles, and entries closed by Tuesday. We were the second reserve pair and only yesterday did it turn out we'd play. Before coming here I didn't account for playing doubles, but it worked out. In the first set we tried to learn doubles play, we did a crash course, and in the second set it started to function. In the super tie-break it's always a lottery, it could have gone either way, luckily it went ours. We're very happy we'll get to play at least one more time this week on these beautiful courts.”
